Day Of Coordination  is a perfect option for the couple who wants to ensure a majority of their wedding vision, but need a professional wedding coordinator on the big day to make all that planning come to life! So the couple can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect event.

Our Day of Coordination Package includes:

 

 

Pre-Wedding

​

  • Independent Site Inspection of your chosen resort, or multiple resorts, if needed (does not include travel costs)

  • Day of Event Timeline Creation

  • Unlimited email & phone correspondence

  • Two pre-wedding consultations

  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations

  • Final Vendor Confirmations

  • Management of all vendor arrival & setup

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Customized wedding day/wedding week schedule 

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

  • Setup of personal belongings such as guest book, favors & other decor

  • Oversight of all timeline items ceremony through reception

  • Distribution of all final vendor payments (if applicable)

  • Retrieval of all personal belongings at the conclusion of the event

  • All Day of Event Coordination Package items

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Attendance of up to 3 site visits or vendor appointments ( travel expenses not included)

  • Wedding Consultant – unlimited advice, guidance and planning assistance to help client through planning process as a resource (client still responsible for all vendor communication)

 

Wedding Day

​

  • Up to eight hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
