Full Service Wedding Planning packages are for the couple who want a full-time wedding professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend.

From the moment you book us down as your wedding planners you can be assured that all areas of your wedding will be supervised by a team of experienced and professional wedding planners. We, as your wedding planners, serve as the glue between all the suppliers and vendors, to bring together all the best services, and to ensure that your wedding is a success.

This wedding planning package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

 

 

Pre-Wedding

  • Vendor recommendations, negotiations and bookings

  • General advice and consultation & Consulting and advice with the bride and groom

  • Help designing a budget

  • Design a calendar and a schedule

  • Organize venue visits

  • Assist with the booking of wedding venues and ceremony venues

  • Contract review

  • Vendor management

  • Help with the wedding theme

  • Organize the wedding design alongside the couples

  • Creation and execution of a design scheme

  • Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials

  • Tracking of guest RSVP’s

  • Wedding favors & accessories

  • Coordinating accommodations, transportation and child care

  • Marriage License

  • Answer all etiquette questions

  • Unlimited meetings and coordination time

  • Work with vendors so that products are delivered on time

  • Prepare itineraries for vendors, suppliers and staff

  • Attendance at vendor meetings

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Planning of the ceremony

  • Work directly with your destination venue contact and ensure clear communication and execution.

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

  • Final meetings to cover all necessities with client

  • Help with Invitations and email communications for local and international guests.

 

 

Wedding Day

  • Unlimited time on-site with your coordinator and up to two assistants, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Coordination of florist and flower designs

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinate load-out
